Les Veilleurs White : Elegant nose over aromas of white flowers and lemon zest. The mouth has fine body, a mineral finish with very well-developed aromatic persistence.
A wine full of tenderness to be enjoyed with a pan of scallops or a “navarin” of veal.

Complex mouth which is both full and mineral, lemony finish.

Crémant de Loire : Nose : very refined with ambergris notes.
Mouth : a very fine bubble when it enters the mouth and the wine has good volume. An elegant finish. A thoroughbred crémant.
Perfect as an aperitif, served with fish and crustacean based pre-starters. Can also be served with a salad or a quetsch tart. |

Mouth : smoothness and fluidity, a structure full of finesse.
An easy, pleasant wine to drink, serve with cool summer salad, a country buffet.
